ACE 2013 PRESS REGISTRATION CREDENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Credentialed press will receive COMPLIMENTARY conference registration to the 17th Annual America’s Claims Event. Complimentary registration which provides access to all conference sessions, exhibit hall, and food and beverage functions held at the hotel (ie. breakfast, lunch, and cocktail reception).
In order to qualify as credentialed press you must provide proof of the following:
- An official business card from a b-to-b or b-to-c publishing house or other newspaper or news website publisher showing your job title as one of the following: editor, writer, contributor, columnist, author, correspondent, or other title indicating your working in a non-sales/marketing role
- Non-publishing companies are inelgible for complimentary press accreditation. Applying publishing organization that recommend companies or investments, sell data/research reports, consultants or provide solution services cannot be a subsidiary of a non-publishing consulting firm, PR agency or any other organisation that is not exclusively distributing non-biased news.
- Masthead of magazine or website printed/published within the last six months showing your title as editor, writer, journalist, correspondent, etc
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

Application must include your full contact information (full name, job title, publishing company, name of publication, company URL, your email address, and telephone.) In addition, attachments of qualifying materials must be supplied at the time of application.
EXCLUSIONS:
Press credentials will not be granted to any individuals holding a title of publisher, sales, corporate media executive, marketing or any other non-editorial professional who does not meet the qualification criteria. In addition, any individuals from a non-independent news organization, regardless of title, will not be granted press credentials. They may register as a conference delegate at the current published rate.
Terms and Conditions:
Press credentials are only reserved for qualified editorial professionals who meet the aforementioned criteria. Summit Business Media, organizer of the America’s Claims Event, reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny or withdraw the accreditation of any member misusing press credentials conferred upon them or who do not meet the qualifying criteria.
In addition Summit Business Media reserves the right to amend and update these terms as it sees fit throughout the event process. All credentialed press will be notified should any changes to their status occur.
DEADLINE FOR PRESS APPLICATION AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS IS MAY 31, 2013. Press registration will not occur on-site at the event. All interested members of the press are required to complete the press inquiry form and supply qualifying materials before May 31, 2013.
