Author and former Choice Hotels CMO, Chris Malone, joins executives for an interactive workshop on building sustainable business growth and performance through understanding the way we naturally perceive, judge, and behave towards one another.

3:40 PM - 5:00 PM | DESIGN THINKING WORKSHOP
Design thinking is an alternative way of problem solving that emphasizes empathy building, problem framing, ideation, prototype experimentation and testing solutions. This workshop will move through each step with interactive activities and examples geared at insurance executives. This workshop will be led by Chris Hodge who is an Innovation Catalyst Leader at Intuit.

Can you answer yes to two of the below criteria?
- My company’s annual revenue is $750M or above 
- I sit in the C-Suite or report directly to the C-Suite
- I control or directly influence claims management at regional, divisional or group level for at least 10,000 customers
- I control or directly influence my company’s external claims budget
- I lead the Claims function
- I have a direct budget over $2M for solutions or services to help me achieve strategic business objectives
